  As an Ex Chef of Hyatt Hotels; the food was fabulous, the service let down the Chef, from slow, missed drink orders to inexperience and training in customer service, the food could not be faulted..... Chef, we will be back and recommend you in the west.

  Food was great, but it shouldn't take 1.5 hours to come. The staff seemed inexperienced, dropping things all over the place. I was worried my already late food would meet the floor.
