  Purchased a pair of transition multi focus glasses. Problems commenced with focus immediately. Returned them and consultant stated it takes time to get used to them. Perservered for a couple of days but the viewing area was so small any head movement distorted sight. The darkness of transition in sunlight was so bad I had to remove them to see clearly. They also made items appear further away than they were. Returned them and was told these issues could be corrected. I demanded refund as I don't believe they had any chance of correcting the problem. Will never return.

  Made an appointment a week ago for 6.30pm called them to confirm they rang back saying my appointment was for 4.30 advised no it is for 6.30 would not correct the error they had made....crap service
