Elite Tyre and Wheels Melton

Horrible experience, Had tyres removed from my factory rims and they snapped off 1 of the tyre pressure sensors. I was then told they would help me out if i called back after the weekend. Called back and the manager Rod told me they can't find any sensor and am i sure I even had 4 tyre pressure sensors? I came here with 4 wheels all fitted from factory with tyre pressure sensors and it's been snapped off from your team being careless. This went back and forth on about 4 phone calls, each time just trying to dodge replacing the sensor. I ended up buying the replacement sensor myself as i wanted to get my wheels back on my car. I again called the manager and advised him the cost and requested he pay for it, but he still wouldn't offer to pay. He then offered to give me a discounts on tyres, I said sure give me a price on x tyres etc he said i'll call me back, waited called him back again and was advised he'll call me back with a price, never called me. I confirmed my number with him on every occasion we spoke but still never called back, just typical run around bs to avoid resolving this! Terrible experience would not recommend to anyone!
